1. Object
1.1 The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale is to define the terms and conditions under which SANA (RCS: being created) offers and sells its products to its customers.
1.2 Any order placed via the www.sana-silver.com site implies acceptance by the customer of these conditions of sale.
1.3 SANA reserves the right to modify its conditions of sale at any time.
2 - Price
2.1 The prices of our products are indicated in dollars and include all taxes, excluding participation in transport costs, unless otherwise stated.
2.2 SANA reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time of the order validation.
2.3 The products remain the property of SANA until receipt of payment via the payment processor paypal and paypal integral (credit cards)
3 - Orders
3.1 It is possible to order the products sold by SANA on the internet via the following address: www.sana-silver.com
3.2 The contractual information is presented in French and is the subject of a confirmation containing this contractual information at the time of the order validation.
4 - Payment
4.1 Payment for purchases is made via a secure system: - either by bank card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express or other credit cards taken into account by Payal Intégral - or by Paypal directly
4.2 The debit of the card is carried out at the time of the validation of the order
4.3 The products remain the property of SANA until receipt of payment
5 – Delivery
5.1 The products are delivered to the delivery address that you indicated during the ordering process. In the event of an error in the wording of the recipient's contact details, the seller cannot be held responsible for the impossibility in which it could be to deliver the product.
5.2 SANA undertakes to deliver items ordered on the site at least 3 times a week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday). At the latest, your package is shipped within 48 working hours after payment of your order. You will receive your package within an average of 4 working days since the single delivery method chosen is priority letter (delivery on D+1 in 85% of cases according to figures from La Poste S.A.) and a maximum period of 2 weeks.
5.3 If the maximum deadline could not be met, you may, in accordance with the Chatel law, cancel your order, free of charge.
5.4 If your parcel is delivered directly to you in your mailbox or by your postman and is damaged, you must go to your post office the same day to ask them for a report of deterioration without opening it.
6 - Withdrawal
6.1 According to article L.121-20 of the consumer code, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to indicate your wish in writing to withdraw from the product which does not would not fit. The return costs will then be at your expense. The refund will be made with the same means of payment as the one chosen when confirming your order.
6.2 Returns must be made in their original packaging, complete (case, instructions, etc.) in good condition, the right of withdrawal can only be exercised for products in a condition allowing new marketing: the product cannot must therefore not be opened.

7 - Refund
7.1 Refunds for products in the cases referred to in Article 11 will be made within a period of less than or equal to 30 days after receipt of the products by us.
7.2 Reimbursement will be made according to the method of payment of the customer either by credit on bank account, or by Paypal. Refunds via paypal will be made within less than 7 days.
8 - Responsibility
8.1 SANA cannot be held liable for damage resulting from the use of the Internet network such as loss of data, intrusion, virus, service interruption, or other involuntary problems.
8.2 The products offered by SANA comply with the French legislation in force and with the standards applicable in France.
9 - Intellectual property
9.1 - All the texts and comments reproduced or represented on the SANA sites are strictly reserved under copyright as well as intellectual property.
9.2 Any total or partial reproduction or representation of the SANA sites or of all or part of the elements found on the SANA sites is strictly prohibited, unless written authorization from SANA is held.
10 - Personal data
10.1 In accordance with the law relating to data processing, files and freedoms of January 6, 1978, information of a nominative nature relating to buyers may be subject to automated processing.
10.2 During your visits to the site, a cookie may be automatically installed on your browser. The cookie is a block of data which does not allow you to be identified as a user but which makes it possible to record information relating to your navigation on the site and third-party sites.
11 - Litigation
This agreement is subject to French law. The language of this contract is French. In the event of a dispute with professionals and/or traders, the commercial court of Aix-en-Provence will be competent.
12 - Personal information
12.1 SANA does not transmit to third parties the personal information communicated by buyers and visitors to the site.
12.2 In accordance with the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, the buyer has a right of access, rectification, and opposition to personal data concerning him. To do this, simply make the request by e-mail or by post, indicating the e-mail address, surname, first name and address.
